To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you and your guests, please carefully review the following guidelines before submitting your reservation request.
- Check the WRA Calendar – Before submitting your request, please review the WRA calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts. WRA-sponsored events take priority and may displace private reservations if necessary.

- Guest Check-In & Fees – A guest list must be provided to the front desk in advance to facilitate check-in. Guest fees must be paid in full before the event concludes for all guests 2 and over.
- Reservation Timing – Reservation forms must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your requested date. While we will try to accommodate later submissions in special circumstances, availability is not guaranteed.
- Cleanup Responsibilities – To keep WRA clean and welcoming for all members, please ensure that all trash is taken to the dumpster and that the event space is returned to its original condition before you leave.
