Rockland's BBQ will serve dinner every other Thursday and lunch every other Friday throughout the summer. Orders are on a first come, first serve basis.

We provide fast transactions and practice safety measures for customers to include:
- Hand sanitizer (station) available for customers.
- Contactless payment system available(chip reader on iPad).
- We tape down markers for customers to stand 6ft apart.
- All operators on the truck will be wearing masks and gloves.
- Social Distancing signage will be visible on the truck.
- Customers have the option to buy in bulk (by the pound).
