Campers will learn the rules of the game, basic offense and defense concepts, dribbling, passing, shooting and fun games, too!
Equipment needed: Basketball shoes and LOTS of water.

This camp will focus on teaching a strong foundation of the fundamentals of lacrosse. Rising sophomores will teach younger girls how to cradle properly, catch and throw the ball, scoop ground balls, and shoot. All these skills mixed with fun and interactive drills. A week full of fun activities focusing on each skill. At the end of the week we have a fun activity to wrap it all up!
